Royal Mediterania

Located almost at the center of the complex, view towards Royal MGR façade would be partly concealed by Central Park and the earlier MGR apartments. As for the future the façade facing Jalan S Parman would also be partly concealed by future Podomoro City developments. From street level, the base of RMG will be revealed as shophouses with classical architecture approach.
To keep RMG in harmony with its neighbors, the Façade of RMG needs to be subtle yet stands out and present a distinctive identity of this new complex.
The focus of the façade lighting would be emphasized on the upper half of the building and later completed by the iconic crown. Soft upper façade warm color wash combined with a tip highlight on top would be easily understood as the façade lighting theme. Random interior tenant light will be complemented with series of balcony light and give a more orderly warm of this building complex.
White light wrapped the building crown as a striking beacon can be viewed from far away and differentiate this building from the existing towers. It also delivers statement of modernism and luxury.
Royal MGR has the corner face from one of the tower building facing openly to the main road within Podomoro City where soft vertical uplight will be highlighting the height of the building and provide a structure of the architecture.
Strong ambience with bright and impressive drop off – grand and luxurious lobby area, and interesting Landscape Lighting surrounding the building adds richness to the experience of the building occupants.
