Phase II –  DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Finalize conceptual design direction,
  • To provide lighting layout,
  • Light source,
  • Load schedule,
  • Outline specification,
  • Sketches for customized lighting and positioning details,
  • Develop lighting controls for switching,
  • Dimmer or automated system.

Phase III – CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION/TENDER DOCUMENTS

  • Reflected Ceiling Plans,
  • Elevation,
  • Installation Details,
  • Grouping,
  • Switching,
  • Complete Load Schedule,
  • Specifications Cut Sheets,
  • Dimmer Single Line Design & specifications,
  • Specification for controller,
  • Bill Of Quantity,
  • Final Budget.
  • Clarification and review on tender process.

 

 

 

Phase IV – CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

  • Review and recommend contractor’s shop drawings and detailed installation drawings,
  • Disposition regarding lamping configuration,
  • Intended operational configuration,
  • Mounting hardware,
  • Aiming. Assess project site and supervision to ensure contractor’s conformity with the lighting design.
  • To attend design and site coordination meetings as required.

Phase V – PROJECT COMPLETION

  • Final aiming and adjustment of all lighting equipment to assess the lighting effects and the visual aesthetic of the exposed lighting hardware.
  • Finalize lighting dimmer programm and system control.
  • To provide chek-list of the installation defects, system performance and guidance for the building operator/maintenance team.
